Paris Disney Wedding Cake

Wow, this one is ENORMOUS! Stands almost 60cm high!
Made for a small wedding, so the bottom tier is a dummy, middle tier is Chocolate Fudge with Maple Frosting and will be served to guests. Top tier is Vanilla Buttercake with Strawberry Frosting and is being kept along with the castle on top.
Lucky couple are off to Paris Disney for their honeymoon, and pink was a theme colour of the wedding, hence the pink roses and castle.
Wish me luck...I still have to transport it across town tomorrow :-S

Plunket 50th Anniversary

Fruit cake supplied. Iced in almond, then white fondant. All decorations are icing.
Made for local Plunket 50th Anniversary luncheon.

85th Birthday

Chocolate cake supplied. Layered and filled with vanilla buttercream frosting, then iced with fondant. Flowers are all icing, so is the '85'on wires.

Bob The Builder

Large Chocolate Mud & Cherry cake, maple frosting between layers, chocolate frosting under fondant. All figures and tools are made from icing.
